Restorative Yoga

 

The ultimate way to unwind and relax.

Claire was the first to bring restorative yoga to Ballincollig in 2016 and it instantly became her most popular class.  Restorative Yoga is Claire’s passion and she has spent years studying the physical, emotional and mental benefits of this blissful practice. 

Minimal movement is involved in this class where we use the support of our props to find complete ease and comfort in our postures. 

With the comfort of blankets and cushions, we learn how to soothe our tired bodies and minds. 

We all need more rest in our lives, restorative yoga teaches us how to make space and time to value this deeply rejuvenating and therapeutic practice.

Ideal for everyone, particularly good for those suffering from stress, anxiety or recovering from illness.
