Directions to Essential Wellness:

Located on the main road, close to Tesco.
Entering Ballincollig from the city side, drive through the town passing the shopping centre on your right hand side. Slow down as you drive through the traffic lights just after Tesco. The Old Town House is the second building on your left. You will see that the front of the building is a dental surgery. There is ample parking at the back of the building where Essential Wellness is located just up the steps. The studio is down the hall to your left hand side.
