Yoga props are provided but you must bring along your own mat & blanket

Mi.Studio is a brand new studio located on the main street right next to Dunnes Stores.

The Carraig Centre

Relaxation & Chair Movement sessions take place in

The Carraig Centre
Old Quarter
Ballincollig

For Relaxation props are provided but you must bring a mat, blanket and cushion.
Everything is provided for Chair Movement

The Carraig Centre is a modern, warm & welcoming space.

The building has its own carpark right in front of the entrance.
There is also parking along the side and rear of the building

Class takes place on the Mezzanine floor, please use the entrance to the left of the main doors.
