Yoga for Men

A yoga class especially designed for men, the first of its kind in Ballincollig since 2018. 

Suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience.

Over each course we delve into various yoga poses and breath techniques.

We also try different styles of yoga, a great opportunity to try something new in a relaxed environment.

This class is a progressive blend of mindful movement with an injection of challenging strength building postures

Yoga is a wonderful complement to any sport, training or gym workout.
