What’s included?

  • Includes 4 Live streamed classes a week via zoom video conferencing.
  • Each class video is recorded and available on demand for the following 7 days.
  • Equates to paying just €3 per class! 
  • Direct live contact with me 4 times a week and availability to chat and ask questions before and after each live class.
  • Classes can be viewed on your phone, tablet or PC.
  • You will receive an email each Sunday morning containing the direct links to each of the 4 live streamed classes. 
  • Plus a link and password to access the on demand videos for that week.
  • Videos will become available within an hour or so of the class end and remain available for 7 days.

Can I Book a Single Class?

Yes! Single Class Access is €6 per full length classes, €4 for Midweek Recharge session. 

Single class booking will give you live access to via zoom video conferencing for one chosen class. 

You can also access the recorded video available on demand for the following 7 days.

You will receive an email with the replay link within 2 hours of the live class ending. 

 

Help! I’m not sure about all this technology?

Don’t worry! I have set this up to be as easy as possible for us all. It’s all new for everyone so you are not alone.

Once you have email access and a phone, tablet or computer you are good to go. 

It would be ideal if you have a camera and microphone capability on your device so I can see and hear you too on the Live Classes but it is not a necessity. 

Piotr and I will be on hand to provide tech support, we will happily guide you through any difficulties over the phone or via email.

What if I don’t have bolsters, blocks etc?

That’s ok! You don’t need any special equipment. Most classes only require a mat and a blanket for relaxation.

For the Relax & De-Stress class, I will show you how to use things you already have in your house such as pillows, cushions, chairs etc. We can substitute straps with scarves, belts, etc. You don’t need to spend lots of money on equipment.

 

Weekly Online Class Descriptions

 

Relax & De-Stress (Restorative Class) Sunday  7pm – 8.30pm

Restorative yoga suitable for all.

The ultimate way to unwind and relax. Minimal movement involved in this class where we use the support of our props to find complete ease and comfort in our postures. We all need more rest in our lives, restorative yoga teaches us how to make space and time to value this deeply rejuvenating practice.

Ideal for everyone, particularly good for those suffering from stress, anxiety or recovering from illness.

 

Gentle Yoga, Tuesday 7pm – 8.15pm

Yoga for Life! Suitable for all. 

Calm gentle movements combined with breath focus. This is yoga for life.  Gentle yoga provides us with the time to slow down, focus on our body and breath with key movements that promote flexibility and mobility. I recommend this class as the starting point for all those looking to start a movement practice.
Ideal for all stages of life, those recovering from injury, returning to exercise or simply in need of stress relief. A great class for beginners!

 

Midweek Recharge, Wednesday 12.30pm -1pm

Take 30 mins to move, breathe and relax. Great if you are short on time or need a break from the desk. Each week will be a different exploration of yoga. No need for a mat or to change your clothes. Expect to try breathing techniques, simple movements, chair yoga, deep relaxation & meditation. Suitable for all.

 

Ready to Flow, Wednesday 7pm – 8.15pm

Best suited for those with some existing yoga experience.

This class is for those who either have some basic yoga experience or have attended my gentle classes. 
Starting to learn how to flow we will begin to challenge ourselves as we progress to the full sun salutations. Introducing poses such as downward facing dog and plank we will being to build strength and flexibility.  We will explore deeper variations of familiar poses and introduce some core strength.  All complete with breath focus and finishing with a restful and relaxing savasana.
