A perfect class for those with limited mobility/newer to exercise, also those recovering from injury, illness or find it difficult from getting up and down from the floor.
Also a great session for students who enjoy mindful movement.
Each week we explore gentle movement with the aid of support from a chair. The majority of the class is conducted in the chair with some options offered from a standing position.
Classic yoga movement and breathing exercises are included along with time for deep relaxation.
No experience needed and all ages are welcome to try this interesting and varied class.
