Join me for a Festive Class!

Ease into Christmas with my annual ‘Calm before Christmas’ class.

Join me for a sprinkling of festive silliness and a dash of jingle bells that will lead us to a peaceful silent nights rest.

This class will include gentle yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra all to a festive playlist.

Time: 4pm-6pm

Location: Superstars Stage School, Ballincollig Shopping Centre

Cost: €25

You will need a mat, blanket and a cushion.

Santa hats and Christmas jumpers optional!
